White Chicken Chili
Creamy with just the right amount of kick; award winning chili–you will want to have this all Fall and Winter!
Equipment
- 1 Dutch Oven
Ingredients
- 5 16 oz cans great Northern beans drained
- 5 c chicken broth
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 whole medium onions chopped
- 2 4 oz cans green chilies
- 2 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 ½ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp *optional* cayenne pepper
- 4 c cooked chicken diced
- 16 oz sour cream
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together except for sour cream.
- Simmer 1 hour.
- Whisk in the sour cream just before serving so it doesn't curdle.
