White Chicken Chili

Creamy with just the right amount of kick; award winning chili–you will want to have this all Fall and Winter!

Equipment

  • 1 Dutch Oven

Ingredients
  

  • 5 16 oz cans great Northern beans drained
  • 5 c chicken broth
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 whole medium onions chopped
  • 2 4 oz cans green chilies
  • 2 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp *optional* cayenne pepper
  • 4 c cooked chicken diced
  • 16 oz sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together except for sour cream.
  • Simmer 1 hour.
  • Whisk in the sour cream just before serving so it doesn't curdle.

Notes

Yummy with cornbread!
