Cheeseball

This legendary cheeseball is a love story between two great recipes—mashed up into one unforgettable, crave-worthy appetizer. Cream cheese, green onions, pecans, and plenty of personality. It’s the only cheeseball you’ll ever need!6

Ingredients
  

  • 2 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard I prefer Dijon—use more to make it zingier
  • 3 chopped green onions both white and green parts
  • 1 Dash dried dill weed
  • 1 Dash Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Orig. Salad Dressing 3TBS
  • Chopped nuts I use toasted pecans **optional**

Instructions
 

  • Mix softened cream cheese with next 5 ingredients.
  • Form into 2 balls.
  • Roll in chopped nuts.
  • Wrap in waxed paper or plastic wrap.
  • Chill at least 2 hours.

Notes

Roasting the pecans first will deepen the flavor and really elevates the taste. I have used sliced almonds before too.
