18 ozcan tomato sauce + enough milk to equal 1 ¼ c liquid
3TBShomemade onion soup mixfind this recipe in the Mixes section. Since I use the onion soup mix, I do not add in more onions, but you can if you really like onions
1coatmealor ½ c oatmeal & ½ c bread crumbs
Glaze:
¼cketchup
½tsp.prepared mustard
1TBSbrown sugar
Dash nutmegfreshly grated (use Microplane)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Gently mix meatloaf ingredients together.
Use a large cookie scoop & place into wells of muffin tin.
Mix glaze ingredients together until smooth.
Evenly spread glaze on each meatloaf muffin.
Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 °F
Notes
Our family loves these served with mashed potatoes and gravy and veggies and salad. We don't usually have many leftovers, but when we do, they get gobbled up pretty quickly. Alternatively, they can be frozen.
